What is collected
Contact and booking forms request the details needed to respond. Optional marketing consent is separate from an enquiry or report request. Free calculations run in your browser. Values are sent to the server only when you request interpretation, a report, saving or sharing.
Your tool inputs
Inputs stay in browser memory by default. Saving a draft on your device is an explicit choice. A public share link is also an explicit choice and shows a limited result summary. Do not enter confidential client information, employee records, medical information or other sensitive personal data.
AI interpretation
When AI interpretation is available and you request it, the supplied diagnostic information is processed through DeepSeek on the server. You are told when that service is unavailable. The calculations and deterministic scores are separate from the generated interpretation. Do not submit information you are not authorised to share.
Accounts and service providers
Google sign in is provided through Firebase Authentication. Saved diagnostics and reading items are associated with your own account. Hosting, protected storage, email delivery and calendar services process the information required for the specific feature. The site does not sell your information.
Retention and your choices
You can hide saved items from your library, export your account data and request account deletion through your private workspace at /my. Recent verification through Google is required. A request is recorded only when the service confirms it; unavailable account services are identified before a completion claim is shown. To request access, correction or deletion of enquiry records, withdraw marketing consent or raise a privacy concern, email the address above. Include enough information to locate the record without sending additional sensitive data. Newsletter emails, when enabled, include a direct unsubscribe route.
Cookies and measurement
The site uses essential account storage and optional local preferences. Google Analytics loads only after you select Allow analytics. It uses analytics cookies with a 90 day expiry and shares public page visits and limited contact actions with Google. Advertising features are disabled. Reject analytics to prevent this loading, or use Cookie settings to withdraw permission and remove these cookies. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control override permission. Private pages and addresses with query strings or fragments are excluded. The current browser tab can temporarily retain your first public page, a broad entry category, the last completed tool and up to three article progress signals in session storage. The server receives only recognised public routes and aggregate event counts, not a stored visitor journey or raw search queries. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control suppress this measurement. Tool values, report contents, names, email addresses and messages are excluded from analytics. Operational records for requested services may contain a request identifier, status and timing. An email provider acknowledgement is counted separately from queueing and does not prove inbox receipt.
Public production pages may also send coarse loading speed, responsiveness and layout stability categories. These cover LCP, INP and CLS and are grouped by day and page category. The performance records contain no raw timings, visitor identifiers, page addresses or business inputs. Private pages, drafts and review deployments are excluded. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control also suppress this collection. Separate security counters help limit abusive requests.
International processing
Some providers may process information outside Nigeria. The operator must maintain appropriate arrangements for applicable data protection requirements, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act and the GDPR where it applies.
